Panji Himawan, Corporate Communication & Public Affair Division Head, Sinar Mas Land mengatakan, dengan shuttle bus gratis BSD Link yang menghubungkan beberapa lokasi penting di BSD City. Setiap armada BSD Link berukuran medium dengan kapasitas 27 seat serta 20 hand grip sehingga dapat membawa 47 penumpang. “Sejak beroperasi pada pertengahan 2018 lalu, BSD Link telah melayani 71,000 penumpang per bulannya,” ujar Panji. Operasional bus gratis ini memiliki total 14 armada dengan jadwal lintas yang teratur. BSD link memiliki 6 rute harian termasuk 1 Intermoda – De Park, 2 Greenwich Park – Sektor 3 Intermoda – Vanya Park, 4 Sinar Mas Land Plaza – ITC BSD, 5 The Breeze – Aeon – ICE dan beberapa rute lain yang beroperasi pada hari kerja. Rute-rute tersebut memudahkan warga BSD City dalam bertransportasi sehari-hari, baik untuk bekerja, maupun rekreasi. “Dengan adanya BSD Link, penghuni dan pengunjung akan lebih nyaman menggunakan kendaraan umum dibandingkan dengan kendaraan pribadi. Dampaknya tentu akan mengurangi kemacetan,” ujar Panji.
